I understand that I will receive a waiver in my confirmation email and this must be signed prior to rental time. Everyone over the age of 18 must complete waiver. I understand that if waiver is not completed prior to rental time there will be a $25.00 administrative fee per person that has not completed.
I understand that my credit card on file will be charged for damages and/or replacement cost.
I understand that if born after September 1, 1993 a boater certification is required and must be presented at time of rental. It is my responsibility to obtain certification. Failure to obtain does NOT cancel your reservation, you will still be responsible for the full amount of rental.
I understand that I can not cancel my reservation on a holiday weekend and NO refunds will be issued.

If you cancel within 7 days of your rental date, 50% of the rental amount is due.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before rental date, the full rental amount is due.
If you do not show or cancel the day of rental, your credit card will be charged for the full rental amount. No exceptions.
If you are 30 minutes late for your rental time, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged for the full rental amount
There is no refund or credit for unused time or early returns
